DAY OF PLANNING

  • 1 meeting to develop timeline for wedding day
  • 2 Coordinators on site for duration of contracted event
  • Unlimited phone and email assistance (from date contract is signed)
  • Distribution of detailed itinerary to all vendors involved in wedding day
  • Rehearsal direction (day prior to ceremony)
  • Ceremony direction (2 hours)

MONTH OF PLANNING

  • 1 meeting to develop timeline for wedding day
  • 2 Coordinators on site for duration of contracted event
  • Unlimited phone and email assistance (from date contract is signed)
  • Venue walk-through (to discuss layout and placement)
  • Wedding Day vendor referrals
  • Vendor confirmations week of wedding
  • Distribution of detailed itinerary to all vendors involved in wedding day
  • Rehearsal direction (day prior to ceremony)
  • Coordination and direction of wedding day events for 6 hours

FULL PLANNING

  • Up to 5 client meetings to discuss all aspects of wedding
  • 2 Coordinators on site for duration of contracted event
  • Unlimited phone and email assistance (from date contract is signed)
  • Budget maintenance
  • Venue walk-through (to discuss layout and placement)
  • Assistance with design concept and development
  • Guidance on event details (favor ideas, handling of printed materials, Rehearsal Dinner venues, etc.)
  • Vendor confirmations week of wedding
  • Distribution of detailed itinerary to all vendors involved in wedding day
  • Vendor referrals
  • Maintenance of vendor information (contracts, timelines, etc.)
  • Vendor management
  • Meeting to develop timeline for wedding day
  • Maintenance for RSVP list
  • Rehearsal direction (day prior to ceremony)
  • Coordination and direction of wedding day events for up to 8 hours OR at the conclusion of the event (does not include break down)

 

CUSTOMIZED PACKAGES

We understand that each event is unique, which is why we often find ourselves customizing packages based on each couple’s specific needs and vision. If you find that your requests differ from the packages offered above, we would love to speak with you further in order to create a comprehensive service that will fit you best.

A LA CARTE

  • Event set-up
  • Event break down
  • Pick-up and/or delivery of wedding details (programs, favors, candles, vendor payments, etc…)
  • Photo session attendance and assistance
  • Virtual Consultant (unlimited phone calls, emails and itinerary creation assistance)

 

*Mileage and/or accommodations fees will be charged for any event that takes place outside of Greensboro city limits.
